![]() ![]() (I wanted to include that this is my first review and that I might sound repetitive and I might make a lot of mistakes, but the message is basically the same, and the violence in this game is not gruesome, by which I mean there isn't even scenes were the violence spikes or something of that matter, like a cutscene or something. Dissonant Serenity: According to Baxxs Grimoire Card, most Ogres are in constant agony which fuels their rage, but because he failed to protect Crotas Grave, Oryx changed this when he took him in an attempt to eliminate weakness. If your child does play online, they can opt out of chatting with microphones, and still have a good time. Bash Brothers: After being Taken, Baxx is paired with the Taken Primus Taaun as the Hands of Oryx. I mean, it's not like they are purposely killing innocent beings! P.S. ![]() There are positive messages, because your avatar is fighting for "light" and is battling the "darkness" which is full of evil aliens (because you can see that they are usually shooting at you first, or doing other evil deeds). The game is over all a good game, and unless you are keeping your child away from any shooter, I recommend this game. You can slash at enemies with your knife, but they react the same way to other melee attacks (not slashed gruesomely, just falling like if you shot at it). The enemies react to throwing knives as if they were shot normally. The knives don't include any violent attacks. The avatars don't bleed, except for minor blood when you get roughed up. ![]() The blood is hard to notice and it isn't gruesome. Of course, what they say is true (except for the gun-butting part, which I haven't come across), but not as violent (Common Sense tends to do that a lot). It is pretty fun and it gets you involved in the game. This game is really good for pre-teens and teens. ![]()
